Best Creamy Cucumber Salad Recipe
This cucumber salad is not only delicious it’s so good for you too!
Ingredients:
+ 1 organic cucumber, cut in half then sliced thinly
+ 1 red bell pepper, cut in half then sliced thinly
+ 1/2 cup organic whole milk grass-fed Greek yogurt
+ Juice of 1 lemon
+ 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
+ 1 tsp garlic powder
+ 1 handful of raw sunflower seeds
+ ½ – 1 tablespoons of hemp seeds
+ Salt and pepper to taste
Optional:
+ 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
