Healthy Nachos

Nachos can be healthy, no really! If you choose the right ingredients you will have the healthiest most delicious high protein nachos! Trust me your guests will thank you.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag of Siete dip chips
  • 1 can of Siete refried beans
  • 1/2 container of Good Culture probiotic cream cheese
  • 1 bag of high-quality shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the refried beans and microwave for one minute to soften. Mix well and set aside.
  • Arrange the dip chips in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spoon dollops of the bean and cream cheese mixture onto the chips.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  • Broil for 1 minute or less to crisp up the cheese.
  • Remove from the oven, top with sliced avocado, and serve with salsa on the side.
