Ingredients
2
packages @miraclenoodle organic spaghetti noodle
1
tablespoon
avocado oil
3
garlic cloves
minced
3
tbsp
coconut aminos
1/2
tsp
salt
or more to taste
Sliced scallions for garnish
Sriracha or other spicy sauce for a kick
Instructions
Rinse the noodles thoroughly and pat them dry.
In a large pan over low to medium heat, add avocado oil and garlic.
Sauté until fragrant about 1 minute.
Add coconut aminos to the pan.
Add the noodles and stir.
Garnish with scallions
