Paleo & Keto Shirataki Noodles

I became obsessed with these shirataki noodles when I tried a version of them at fresh kitchen in Davie. I created my own version at home using Miracle Noodles. 

If you haven’t tried ShiraTaki noodles yet, they consist primarily of 95% water and 5% fiber, with approximately 10 calories per bag!

The noodle texture is perfect and when you add this sauce it makes the most delicious low carb meal. Add your favorite veggies and protein and enjoy!

Paleo & Keto Thai Shiratki Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages @miraclenoodle organic spaghetti noodle
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp salt or more to taste
  • Sliced scallions for garnish
  • Sriracha or other spicy sauce for a kick

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the noodles thoroughly and pat them dry.
  • In a large pan over low to medium heat, add avocado oil and garlic.
  • Sauté until fragrant about 1 minute.
  • Add coconut aminos to the pan.
  • Add the noodles and stir.
  • Garnish with scallions
