I always create a list of my go to restaurants before any trip from tik tok and google. On a recent trip to NYC I went to the most amazing breakfast restaurant in the West Village called Breakfast by Salt’s Cure. The weather was perfection, so we sat outside.
I went with my family and we split the banana and blueberry griddle cakes. We sat there, enjoyed our breakfast and soaked in the vibes of the West Village. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend Salt’s Cure, trust me, you won’t be disappointed. It’s like a little breakfast haven tucked away in the heart of the city, chef’s kiss!
