My 40th birthday is approaching and I decided to get in the best shape of my life. I already started my program and have seen drastic results. I am stronger, I have more energy and feel the best that I have in years.

Nutrition Plan: I follow – A Mediterranean Way Of Eating

My choice diet includes:

grass fed dairy
organic fruits and vegetables
whole grains
nuts
olive oil, avocado oil and coconut oil
wild caught fish
grass fed meats
pasture raised poultry

MY FITNESS ROUTINE

My focus for the next 40 days are to: boost metabolism to aid in fat loss.

Here’s my go to workout plan:

Strength Training Classes (4 days per week):

(Aventura/Miami/Hollwyood areas)

Yoga Joints Fit 45 Class: Enhance flexibility, strength, and joint mobility – in a heated room.

Barry’s-style Class: Integrate weights and cardio for a high-intensity workout.

Solid Core: Target your core muscles for stability and strength.

Sol Yoga or Mimi Yoga: Hot Pilates Class – Pilates workout with wrist and ankle weights in a heated room.

I use class pass: I pay $89 a month and go to 3-4 classes per week. It’s an amazing deal!

Incorporate meditation or mindfulness exercises to reduce stress and promote relaxation. I love the CALM APP

Cultivate a positive mindset by reading inspiring books like “Manifest” to shift your perspective and mindset positively.
