Yoga Joints Fit 45 Class: Enhance flexibility, strength, and joint mobility – in a heated room.
Barry’s-style Class: Integrate weights and cardio for a high-intensity workout.
Solid Core: Target your core muscles for stability and strength.
Sol Yoga or Mimi Yoga: Hot Pilates Class – Pilates workout with wrist and ankle weights in a heated room.
