How To Make The Best Bone Broth Rice

Stop cooking your rice with water and try cooking with bone broth instead! It’s delicious and so good for you.

Free-range, pasture-raised chicken bone broth adds a generous dose of protein and collagen to your diet. Chicken bone broth provides essential amino acids that support muscle health, immune function, and overall vitality. Adding it to rice elevates the protein content of your meal, making it a perfect option for those seeking a wholesome and fulfilling dish.

And let’s not forget our skin! Collagen, the building block of skin, hair, and connective tissues, is a key component of bone broth. Incorporating this collagen-rich elixir into your rice not only enhances the texture but also contributes to the health and vibrancy of your skin, hair, and joints – and as I get older this is so important to me!

Instructions:

Stovetop Method:

  1. Combine one cup of high-quality organic rice with two cups of free-range, pasture-raised chicken bone broth in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.
  3. Cover and let it cook until the rice is tender and has absorbed the bone broth.
  4. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.

Rice Cooker Method:

  1. Place one cup of rice and two cups of free-range, pasture-raised chicken bone broth in your rice cooker.
