I love granola, but the ones I find on the shelves typically have some hidden ingredients that are not the best.

Although there are some that are great they are not always the easiest to find.

So I created a simple recipe packing nuts and gluten free granola to always have on hand.

My easy granola recipe is so easy to make it will be on your weekly rotation.

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread out your favorite nuts and seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  3. Optionally, sprinkle a handful of gluten-free granola over the nuts and seeds mixture.
  4. Add coconut flakes to the baking sheet, distributing them evenly.
  5. Drizzle avocado oil over the mixture, ensuring everything is coated evenly.
  6. Sprinkle monk fruit sugar (to taste), Ceylon cinnamon, and sea salt over the mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. Be sure to watch it carefully to prevent burning.
  8. Once golden and fragrant, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the granola cool slightly.
  9. Enjoy your homemade gluten-free granola as a topping for yogurt, as a cereal with milk, or simply as a delicious snack!
