Easy Granola Recipe
I love granola, but the ones I find on the shelves typically have some hidden ingredients that are not the best.
Although there are some that are great they are not always the easiest to find.
So I created a simple recipe packing nuts and gluten free granola to always have on hand.
My easy granola recipe is so easy to make it will be on your weekly rotation.
Ingredients:
- Your favorite nuts and seeds (such as almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnut, pecans and sunflower seeds)
- Gluten-free granola (optional)
- Coconut flakes
- Avocado oil
- Monk fruit sugar (to taste)
- Ceylon cinnamon
- Sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread out your favorite nuts and seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Optionally, sprinkle a handful of gluten-free granola over the nuts and seeds mixture.
- Add coconut flakes to the baking sheet, distributing them evenly.
- Drizzle avocado oil over the mixture, ensuring everything is coated evenly.
- Sprinkle monk fruit sugar (to taste), Ceylon cinnamon, and sea salt over the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. Be sure to watch it carefully to prevent burning.
- Once golden and fragrant, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the granola cool slightly.
- Enjoy your homemade gluten-free granola as a topping for yogurt, as a cereal with milk, or simply as a delicious snack!
