The Nespresso frother is my go-to tool to make the best matcha latte.

  1. Fill up your Nespresso frother with water until it’s just about reaching the top of the whisk. Then, grab a sieve, pop it on the mouth of the frother, and place in 1 teaspoon of matcha powder. Move it around until all of the matcha has reached the water. Turn on the nespresso frother and let it blend and heat up.
  2. Pour your blended matcha into your favorite mug and add your preferred milk up to the lower fill line. Personally, I swear by Malk almond milk—it’s got fantastic flavor, no sugar, and froths like a dream. I
  3. f you’ve got a sweet tooth, a dash of maple syrup or stevia.
  4. If you’re into collagen, feel free to mix it into the milk, but honestly, I find it alters the taste. I prefer tossing my collagen into smoothies to mask the flavor better.
