Easy Healthy Pancake Recipe
These pancakes are so healthy and delicious! Einkorn flour is the most ancient wheat. It’s a great source of protein, iron, dietary fiber, thiamine and a ton of other B vitamins. These pancakes are a perfect way to get in so many nutrients. You can also add collagen, chia seeds and fruit if you like.

Easy Healthy Pancake Recipe
- 1 ½ cups Einkorn Flour
- 2 tbsp. Coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. Aluminum Free baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 large free range eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 tbsp. Organic or plant based butter
Melt butter and set aside
Put all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Make a well.
Pour egg and milk into the dry ingredients and mix together. Add melted butter. Do not over mix lumps are good.
Lightly grease the pan with butter.
Set pan to medium temperature.
Add small silver dollars sizes of pancakes mix to pan. Flip when you start seeing bubble. Serve and enjoy with organic syrup.
