Easy Healthy Pancake Recipe

These pancakes are so healthy and delicious! Einkorn flour is the most ancient wheat. It’s a great source of protein, iron, dietary fiber, thiamine and a ton of other B vitamins. These pancakes are a perfect way to get in so many nutrients. You can also add collagen, chia seeds and fruit if you like.

Easy Healthy Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Einkorn Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Aluminum Free baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 large free range eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 tbsp. Organic or plant based butter

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and set aside
  • Put all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Make a well.
  • Pour egg and milk into the dry ingredients and mix together. Add melted butter. Do not over mix lumps are good.
  • Lightly grease the pan with butter.
  • Set pan to medium temperature.
  • Add small silver dollars sizes of pancakes mix to pan. Flip when you start seeing bubble. Serve and enjoy with organic syrup.
