Two Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Say hello to my two-ingredient chocolate mousse – a decadent treat that’s as good for your taste buds as it is for your body.

I am always looking for simple recipes that are healthy and that my family can enjoy.

Well this one fit all of the boxes. This healthy chocolate mousse recipe has ZERO added sugar, takes a few minutes to prepare and is so delicious.

If you are following a keto-ish diet this recipe is perfect! Just make sure your chocolate of choice has no sugar in it.

Ingredients

  1. 150 grams of Dark Chocolate or Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate
  2. 1 300 ml Can of Organic High-Quality Coconut Milk

2 Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • 5.3 ounces about 1 cup or 150g of dark chocolate (or stevia sweetened dark chocolate)
  • 1 1/4 cups full-fat coconut milk

Instructions
 

Heat the Coconut Milk:

  • In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Be careful not to let it boil.

Combine with Chocolate:

  • Break the dark chocolate into small pieces, or if using chocolate chips, measure them and place them in a heatproof bowl. Pour the hot coconut milk over the chocolate. Allow it to sit for a minute to soften the chocolate.

Blend Together:

  • Using an immersion blender or a hand blender, blend the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Chill Overnight:

  • Transfer the chocolate mousse mixture into serving cups or a container. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, until the mousse is firm and set.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Once chilled, your two-ingredient chocolate mousse is ready to be enjoyed! Serve it in individual cups or glasses, and feel free to garnish with whipped coconut cream, fresh berries, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for an extra touch of indulgence.

Store:

  • Any leftover mousse can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.

Dark Chocolate: Look for high quality dark chocolate.

I love hu chocolate or alter eco but these brands do have some sugar.

For “sugar free” options that include stevia try pascha organic dark chocolate.
