Salmon Toast

When I need to make a quick lunch I love toasting a fresh piece of sourdough, adding mascarpone cheese, and fresh salmon slices, and topping it off with chives and sea salt. This simple dish is delicious and nutritious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese
  • 2-3 slices of wild-caught smoked salmon
